# Review candidate questions and generate answers

**Summary:** Accept or reject candidate questions generated from your tickets, use a Generate answer button to draft control answers, and filter conversations by email.

- You can now review and accept or reject the __candidate questions generated by Unless__ based on your historical tickets. When accepted, they will be added to your quality control questions. (Please contact us if you’d like your top 20 questions to be generated based on tickets.)
- To accept a candidate question, you have to write a control answer first. We know this can be tricky sometimes so we’ve added a __Generate answer__ button you can use to prompt the AI. You can use the generated answer directly or have it be a starting point and make edits as needed.

- You can now filter conversations based on email address.
