# Conversation history and notes in the team assistant

**Summary:** See previous conversation history when reopening a ticket, reset a conversation when needed, and keep notes available across sessions.

__Updates to the team assistant:__
- You can now see the previous conversation history when re-opening a ticket. The AI will not generate a new response from scratch again.
- We’ve also added the option to Reset a conversation if needed.
- Notes are now available across sessions. To reflect this change, the Create note button has been renamed Notes.
